Step 1 - Fill out

  •  Go to My Profile → More
  • Enter your IBAN number or PayPal email
This is required to ensure you are paid after completing your assignments

Step 2 - Apply

  • Log in to the Helion portal
  • Go to the Job Board
  • Click Apply and select a date
  • After applying, the task appears in My Applications
  • If assigned, you’ll receive a confirmation email and see it under My Jobs
If the task is assigned to another shopper, it may be removed from My Applications without notification.

Step 3 - Prepare

  • Go to My Jobs and click Go to
  • Read the visit instructions carefully
  • Complete the certification quiz (multiple choice)
  • You must score 100% to unlock the survey
  • You can retake the quiz if needed
The quiz checks your understanding of the task.
The survey is completed after your visit.

Step 4 - Evaluate

  • Follow the task instructions exactly
  • Act naturally and don’t reveal you are a mystery shopper
  • Pay attention to details needed for your report
  • After the visit, complete and submit the survey
  • Use the final check button before submitting

Step 5 - Get paid

  • Payments are made via IBAN or PayPal
  • Ensure payment details are correct in My Profile → More
  • Payments are processed automatically on the 20th of the month after successful completion
