Your application has been reviewed and the job has been assigned to you! Here at Helion, our mystery shoppers are supported by a Panel Manager who assists them throughout the evaluation process. Your Panel Manager offers guidance on the instructions and prerequisites for each assignment, provides assistance and responses to any inquiries you might have.
After each interaction, you fill out a digital survey providing feedback on your experience. This feedback is then used by companies to improve their customer service and overall performance & you get paid for each assignment you successfully complete!.
