In case you are unable to complete your evaluation, please notify your panel manager immediately to arrange for the mystery visit to be reassigned. Your prompt communication will help ensure that the evaluation is completed within the specified timeframe. If you require an extension for the deadline, your panel manager may be able to grant a one-time extension. It’s always best to communicate any issues or concerns you may have as soon as possible so that they can be addressed promptly.
Simply go to the Job Board after you have logged in.
If there are evaluations available simply click on the job you would like to complete, select a date to perform it and click on Apply.
We pay our Evaluators around the 20th of the month following that in which you completed your evaluations. So, if you complete your evaluation on June the 4th you will be paid around the 20th of July.
From the 15th of the month you will see a pay statement in your log. Please verify this because these are the evaluations and amounts which will be paid around the 20th in the month following your evaluation.
Please double check your payment details. If there are errors in your details, payment will be delayed and extra charges can be deducted.
We ask your details for one main reason, we need to send the correct type of person to each Evaluation.
Our clients want to see how their staff respond to everyday customer, which means the evaluation needs to be completed by an Evaluator that fits this profile.
It would not make much sense if an Automotive Evaluation was completed by an Evaluator that had no driving experience.
We also ask for your location details so that we can offer you assignments in your area.
The more information that you give, the more likely you will be able to apply for more Evaluations.
If there are any issues with the work you have picked up, you will need to contact your Panel Manager straight away.
You can find who your Panel Manager is under Panel Manger after you logged in.
You will always hear from your panel manager ONLY if you have been chosen.
Please remember that if you live in a big City/Town you will not be the only Helion Evaluator that will apply for the same location.
Do not take it personally if you are not chosen.
You can go to My Applications to see the status of the assignments you applied for. If they have vanished, it means they were assigned to another mystery shopper.

Helion evaluators are independent contractors and are not employed by Helion.
You are responsible for all your own tax declarations. As a Helion evaluator, you will work for Helion as an independent contractor.
This means that you are not an employee of Helion, and will not be paid holiday pay, sick leave, superannuation, workers compensation, or other employee entitlements.
The rate of pay offered for the evaluation is the full payment that you will receive (if required to make a purchase, as part of the assignment, we reimburse purchases up to the amount announced on the Job Board, for that specific task).
You are expected to cover all costs associated with you completing the mystery shopping assignments, including stationery, travel expenses, bank charges etc.
You can state this in your tax statement as expenses which you will not have to pay taxes on.
Each evaluation you pick up will have a set due date that you need to complete it by.
If for any reason you are unable to complete the evaluation in time you will need to contact your Panel Manager ASAP.
Often there are certain times and dates you can not visit the store so it is always important to read the instructions carefully.
The Expenses which will be reimbursed are clearly stated before you accept each evaluation.
Usually it is not possible to claim back any additional expenses.
If it is offered it will be written in the evaluation details.
Please make sure you are familiar with the payment details before you accept an evaluation.
