Assignments you can do from home
- Telephone enquiries: you call a business, for example about a product or a service appointment, and evaluate how your call is handled.
- Online enquiries: you send a request through a website and track how quickly and how well the business responds by phone or email.
In automotive projects, for example, a telephone enquiry pays around €5–€20 and an online enquiry around €10–€30. See Car dealership mystery shopping for all assignment types.
Assignments near you
- How we match you: we use the location in your profile to offer you assignments in your area.
- Where to find them: log in and open the Job Board. Click an assignment, choose a date and click Apply.
- Travel costs: reimbursed expenses are stated before you accept an assignment. Other costs, such as petrol or parking, are usually not reimbursed.
No assignments in your area yet?
We work per project, so assignments appear when a client project starts in your area. If you see an ad recruiting mystery shoppers in your country or region, a project is coming. Keep your profile complete, check the Job Board regularly and subscribe to our emails.
